Delicious Skillet to feed a large crowd or to have for multiple nights to use on nachos, or to make burritos. You can create this delicious recipe in 30 minutes!
Add beans, corn and taco seasoning and tomato paste and mix
Add jar of salsa
Add rice and broth or water and cook for 15 mins until rice is cooked
Top with shredded cheese
Finish with chopped cilantro
Notes
Feel free to change up the beans, I used black beans but you could easily switch out for pinto or another favorite bean. Make sure the liquid is absorb and rice is cooked through (might new a few minutes more than 15 mins, especially if you use brown rice)
